ILLIT's 'Magnetic' Continues to Soar: UK Chart Success and Spotify Records

Girl group ILLIT's debut song "Magnetic" has entered the UK Official Singles Chart for the second week in a row, and the song also broke its record for highest ranking on Spotify's Weekly Top Songs US.
According to the latest charts released by the UK Official Charts on December 12 (local time), "Magnetic," the title track from Aileet's mini album "SUPER REAL ME," has been ranked at No. 87 on the Singles Top 100. This proves that last week's performance was not a "flash in the pan" for Ailee, who previously entered the chart at No. 80 on April 5, less than two weeks after her debut.
The Official Singles Chart ranks the UK's best-selling songs of the week by counting audio and video streams, downloads, and CD and vinyl sales. EYELET is the first K-pop group to debut on the Official Singles Top 100, the world's two largest music charts alongside Billboard in the US.
The group has also made significant strides on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform. "Magnetic" spent its third week at No. 11 on Spotify's Weekly Top Songs Global (April 5-11), which was updated on the same day as the official UK chart. Notably, the song's rise in the U.S. is particularly noteworthy. "Magnetic" peaked at #47 on the Weekly Top Songs US this week, up 16 spots from the previous week.
Despite no local activity yet, Eilidh has managed to keep "Magnetic" at No. 2 on the US Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100. The Bubbling Under Hot 100 is a chart that ranks songs that just missed the Hot 100 and is based on the same sales, radio airplay, and streaming data as the Hot 100.
Considering that during the same period, many new songs from big pop stars like Beyoncé entered the Hot 100, it speaks to the explosive popularity and potential of Islet.
